Shiva is the Platform Lead for CC Asia. He is the Founder-Director of RENERGii Asia, a Singapore based advisory boutique helping reimagine Asian cities as circular, regenerative ecosystems. Shiva is also the Platform Lead for The Stad Lab, which is a sister platform of CC Asia, also owned by RENERGii.
Shiva's background is in renewable energy, clean tech and energy efficiency investments, advisory and policy research. Shiva also runs ClimateLaunchPad in Karnataka (India) and is a mentor/coach for a number of startups. Prior to RENERGii, Shiva worked as a researcher at the Energy Studies Institute at NUS, Brighter India Foundation, ReEx Capital Asia and IRG Investments.
Shiva has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (Philippines) and has completed the coursework for the M.Eng Program at NUS (Singapore). He holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from VTU (India).

She has extensive operational experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having held executive management positions with large hotel brands in Europe and China and currently working as an independent consultant for the hospitality and retail industry in the Benelux region.
Elena holds an MA in Public Policy and a double major BA in Economics and Communications and is currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Dr. Anuj Jain is the Founder of BIOSEA and the Co-Founder of the Singapore Biomimicry Network.
Anuj's interests range from wildlife conservation, ecological planning and ecosystem service assessments to creating nature-inspired designs for the built environment.
Anuj is a National Geographic Explorer for work on hornbills, a recipient of the Joan Mosenthal DeWind award for Lepidoptera Conservation by Xerces Society, USA and the Past Chairperson of Nature Society (Singapore)'s Butterfly & Insect Group. He also leads a program on preventing bird extinctions and illegal wildlife trade via the BirdLife International partnership in Asia.
Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Masters degree in Biomimicry and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, Anuj combines his deep ecological knowledge with biomimicry to create engaging outdoor experiences in tropical ecosystems.
